hey!...i want that!

There are 494 kajillion knitting books out there, and very few reach out, and kick me in the face in order to get my attention. and i just got kicked in the face.

Socks a la Carte by Jonelle Raffino (of SWTC) is a genius concept that separates the three parts of a sock, the cuff, leg, and heel/foot/toe. The pages of the book are separated into 3 sections and you can mix and match to concoct the perfect sock! Im so excited about it! probably because im a heel snob really picky about the heels of my socks, and i only like ones that are done how i like them, which hinders the amount of patterns that i like.

did i mention that i think this book might be perfect?

we'll see, i think i might get it in a couple of days! eeee!

peace,
beatnik
